When executives at the M Resort decided to innovate the industry with their attention to detail, a wonderful thing happened....a new standard was set. Ordinarily, great attention was paid to the footwear and uniforms worn by the staff, but that’s where it ended. The M decided to utilize Platinum Entourage to “finish the design” of their staff by going where no resort had gone before...above the neck. To complete this otherwise “frameless” painting, they turned to PE for help. Approaching this challenge much the way a “framer” chooses the right border for the artwork, PE designed hair and Makeup that was truly the finishing detail.

The PE “Image Time Line”
PE’s Image consulting services are completely customizable to our clients needs. Below we have outlined the process of creating and managing hair/makeup designs for 125 cocktail servers/bartenders.
Stage #1
- PE Key Artists Begin to Sketch a design tailored to your Properties image, style and sensibilities. Collaboration with our Artistic Director and key make up/key hair designers will empower you with your very own, personal “Design Dream Team”. Once these Renderings have been approved by you “the Look” begins to become reality.
Stage #2
- Platinum will then apply to the look to one of our models. The look will be Professionally Photographed by in house photographers. We then create a booklet that includes simple Step by step instructions and how to’s in order to achieve the look, complete with invaluable beauty tips, trade secrets and product recommendations that will give each employee their own “beauty arsenal” right at their fingertips.
Stage #3
Seminar Day - "Beauty Boot Camp"
Whether it be 10 girls or 110 girls, Platinum has you covered. Our unique seminar day for your staff will include an overview by our Artistic Director and a live demonstration/transformation performed on a PE model and one on one consultations for every one of your staff member’s with our artists. Along with this “hands on” training and our customized companion booklet, your staff will have the tools they need to achieve the new image goals.
Stage #4
Continuity Assessments
The staff at PE can make recurring visits to your property to check continuity and maintenance of the looks in order to assist your own management team with the detailed and sometimes awkward task of standards and appearance guideline maintenance. It’s been our experience that most employees tend to take advice and criticism far more constructively when given by our industry expert stylists. In addition to our design skills, PE prides itself on the positive personalities of each and every artist as well as the team building, morale boosting techniques we incorporate into all our interactions with your personnel.
